Luis Alfredo Martínez Alfaro, known as Luis A. Alfaro (born San Miguel, El Salvador; July 19, 1981) is a Salvadoran engineer, technology and businessman entrepreneur who conducts Principal Advisory of Strategy & Organizational Development & Scientist Research to diverse think tanks. He is a philanthropist who has conducted core initiatives, among others, the outstanding leadership as a founder member, the chair President, and Chief Executive Officer of El Salvador Aerospace Institute (ESAI), which is an entrepreneur effort that aims to obtain sustainability and technological capability initiatives of El Salvador’s modernization plan to contribute into the future national economy of El Salvador. Luis A. Alfaro, graduated from the famous Dong-A University, a higher education center located in the Port city of Busan, South Korea, thanks to the BK21 PLUS (Brain Korea 21 Program for Leading Universities & Students) which is a top level human resource development program initiated by the Korean government.
